30-day window

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging for a refund.

If an item is defective on arrival, contact us with photos. We will replace or refund.

The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong SKU.

Opened electronic toys that work as described are not returnable (hygiene and safety).

Refunds go to the original payment method after we inspect the return.

If we cancel a drop, you receive a full refund.
