Terms of service

These terms are a short merchant agreement for the imondo store at imondoplay.com. They are written so you can actually read them. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to them. The version on this page when you order is the version that applies to that order.

Who we are

The seller is imondo Limited, a company in Hong Kong. We sell screen-free electronic toys to consumers. Contact: hello@imondoplay.com.

What we sell

imondo designs physical electronic toys meant to be played with the hands, not as a tablet or phone. Prices on this store are in US dollars (USD). Listings describe play and age guidance as we know them. A small toy display or LED panel is not a tablet; we still call these products screen-free because they are not general-purpose screens or app stores.

Age grading

Age marks such as 6+ are a guide for typical play, not a substitute for parental judgment. Adults should decide whether a toy, its small parts, and any batteries fit their child. If a listing mentions small parts, keep the toy and spare parts away from children who still mouth objects.

Orders, price, and stock

The price you pay is the USD price shown at checkout. We may change prices before you pay. Coming soon and sold-out SKUs cannot ship until that SKU is in stock. If you place a preorder and we cancel that drop, we refund you in full to the original payment method. We may refuse or cancel an order we cannot legally ship, cannot fulfill, or that looks fraudulent.

Shipping, duties, and returns

Shipping, import duties, and returns are described on our Shipping and Returns pages. We currently prepare orders from Hong Kong / China and do not yet operate a US warehouse. We do not promise a 5–8 day US delivery window. For US customers, customs duties or import taxes, if charged, are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly includes them.

Text, photos, video, and product names on this site are © imondo / imondo Limited unless we credit someone else. You may not copy the catalog, photos, or films for your own store. Product media shows the unit; it is not a license to reuse our brand.

Liability

Toys are sold for the described play. We do not claim medical, educational-outcome, or intelligence-raising results. To the extent Hong Kong law allows, imondo Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still apply.
