Where we ship from

Orders ship from Hong Kong. We do not yet operate a US or EU warehouse.

Overseas Standard delivery is typically about 1 month from Hong Kong (estimate; actual transit can vary by destination and customs).

For North America, Europe, Middle East, and South America:

Method shown at checkout: Standard — about 1 month from Hong Kong.

Hong Kong: free local shipping ($0).

There is no free-shipping threshold yet.

Coming soon and sold-out items do not ship until that SKU is in stock. A ship date will be shown at checkout or by email when inventory is live.

Battery-containing electronics may ship by air with carrier restrictions; we will choose a legal method.

Any customs duties or import taxes, if charged, are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly includes them.

We will email tracking when a parcel leaves.
